Ingredients
1/2 cup almond butter, smooth (or nut/seed butter of choice) 1 cup Medjool Dates, pitted 1 cup Anthony's Dried White Mulberries 1/2 cup Raw Almonds 1/2 cup Anthony's Shredded Coconut
Instructions
Combine dates, almonds, almond butter, mulberries, and 1/4 cup shredded coconut in a food processor or blender until fully combined - forming a thick, crumbly dough. Wet hands and form dough into balls, about 2 tbsp in size Pour remaining 1/4 cup shredded coconut into a shallow bowl or plate and roll balls in it, coating the outsides entirely Allow to dry for about an hour at room temperature before serving ENJOY!
